Southern Born

I am America. Born and raised in America as most of my ancestors since the late 1700. Some much earlier.

I am female, senior citizen, and Southern born.

I am like a large portion of Americans. This is my America and it is being destroyed by some very evil people. People who hope to make America their own big piggy bank. Some of these people call themselves christians. They are not. Christians are better type of people.

My people fought in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and fought in other wars too. Many served time in the military even out of war times. What is happening in our country is not what they risked their lives for in serving.

For the people, of the people and by the people. Not this distorted governing by dishonest people for billionaires.

I am like most Americans. Distrustful. Discouraged. Enraged. Frustrated. People who have paid taxes for a long time seeing those taxes sent to most wealthy among us and taking away from the poorest. This is not for the people.

America is not supposed to be like this.

I believe in speaking up, speaking out, and marching on Washington, if necessary. I know it will be necessary to let our feelings be known. I think we have been quiet too long. It is time to make our feelings known.

I am American and things that are happening in our government is not American. I am talking about Republicans refusing to do anything for our country and lying about it>

I am many. I am one. I am a voice of the downtrodden.

My pet peeves

What ticks me off

People who lie about important stuff. It is not so bad to tell a white lie like when someone asks does these pants make my butt look fat. It is fine to tell a white lie about it. The people we see lying daily are lying about important things and will have serious conquences for us all.

Barn yard Nellies who come into a clean bathroom and pee all over the toilet, their surroundings and themselves and walk away leaving a dirty bathroom. Shame on you!

Politicans who don't earn their pay. They substitute lies for actions.

Donald Trump and the idiots he has surrounded himself with. Stupid. Corrupt. Liars.
